Hello Blogging World

Hello!

I've been told that this is a great way to keep in touch with lots of people without having to write to them individually. Kind of a form letter to the world if you will. I am not exactly known as being an outgoing person...I stay home to work and record books after all...but I do love to travel and meet new people, particularly at conventions, where many people know me already and I am just getting to meet them.

I've been married to my bride, Monica, for 26 years now and I (anyway) have never been happier in marriage or in life. My oldest son, Luke, is a Supply Officer in the Navy (I retired from the Navy in 1999) and a submarine volunteer at that; my daughter Shannon works for the International Association of Character Cities and has a passion for sharing the gospel and traveling; my youngest son Matthew earned a full, four year scholarship to any Oklahoma state sponsored university he wishes to attend, and is doing so. All three have been on at least 2 mission trips, either to Mexico or Africa or both, and are following the Lord and honoring their parents. Oh. And all three are courting other fine christian young people. And Monica and I are quite happy with that!

Today I delivered my latest recording to Spectrum Manufacturing, where the audio CDs I delivered will be converted into MP3 files and returned to me on a single CD. The whole family will be driving to New Jersey this Friday and Saturday and I will be listening, one last time, to this recording before I issue it to all of you. What title could it be? What I can tell you is that I sincerely believe I have been asked to record this particular Henty title at EVERY SINGLE HOME SCHOOLING CONVENTION I HAVE EVER ATTENDED! It really was a good story and you will learn a LOT about life and times in....but that would spoil the surprise!

That's enough for now. I don't promise to post often. I don't like making promises lke that that I cannot know whether I will follow through on or not, but I will try to keep you posted on things that I think might interest you. Lord Bless you all!
